His & Hers Set

With Valentine's coming, I wanted to come up with a perfect little gift for the guys and girls in your life. So I decided to make "sets" of hats, that are not exactly matching but the same colors. This way they look ideal together, and when you are on those winter walks you coordinate :)

New Hat & Sneak Peek

Remember the Chunky Bobble Hat? Well, I love it but I wanted to make something not quite as heavy since I don't have to survive the wicked winters of the north. And so the plain jane Bobble hat was born.

(sorry for this horrible picture, eek!)

It turned out so cute and with so much texture!

Cozy Neckwarmers

I wanted to have something to protect my neck from the bitter cold winds of Michigan. So last week (the day before we were leaving to go to Michigan, mind you) I decided to whip something up... I didn't want a scarf and I didn't want to have to put something over my head.... so I came up with these cozy neckwarmers! Now mind you, since I came up with the "pattern" - I have made 8! They are fast and easy and seem to be quite the hit with the fam.

If only I had thought of them earlier and used them for gifts.... ah, next year :)

New Hats!

With all my Christmas orders being finished I had time to make up two new hat patterns and they turned out so cute!

The first is for my sister - she wanted a chunky bobble looking hat in grey. It's hard to get a picture of this but it is adorable on!

I have been seeing these little rose buds all over the place and thought they were just darling. So when a friend asked to make a newborn hat for their new niece I knew I had to try one.
